With a lifelong passion for health and fitness, Michelle has found the synergy between workout and nutrition essential for optimal health. Despite not having a naturally fast metabolism, her commitment to fitness began early, leading her to explore and fall in love with strength training in her 30s. This transformation has inspired her to empower others in their fitness journeys. Michelle is experienced in group fitness and focuses on muscle growth, nutrition, and weight loss training.
